The Western Visayas League of Local Planning and Development Coordinators (LLPDCP-WV) will hold its Regional Convention on March 8-9, 2018, @ Smallville 21 Hotel, Smallville Complex, Diversion Road, Iloilo City, with its theme “Strengthening Partnerships through Harmonization of Local Investment Programming, Revenue Administration, Budgeting and Expenditure Management”.
